Decent price, free breakfast and free wifi Internet. I will stay again
They let me check in early
There was 5 year old gunk and gross nasty funk un the bath tub under the rubber mat with a big black mark all around the rubber pad then I noticed gross nastiness coming out from under the mat as I tried to fill a bath,I lifted it up and it was packed with really ugly things I dont know what it was but it was sure growing. That was sooo bad I would never go there again
I didnt like having to go to the adjoininng property for the morning breakfast.
The staff was friendly
The first time I used the bathroom the toilet did not flush properly....was not comfortable using it again....the bed was very uncomfortable.....breakfast was awful....the juice machine was broken, no fruit.....
Convenient location for those who are traveling along the historic route 66. Nice prices for double rooms.
Really poor "continental breakfast". Is more a snack than a breakfast.
All the employees of Super 8 Kingman were very nice and always helpful.
The continental breakfast is weak (I realize they offer a meal ticket for the restaurant next door but I didn't have time for that). The facility can use a thorough cleaning, although the exterior looks very good. At times there was loud activity late at night. The laundry facility is weak (washer & dryer in the hallway). The only vending machine (soda) was out of order for my entire 6 day stay (how hard is it to fix a soda machine & why can't a snack machine be added?). I am not positive I would recommend super 8 Kingman so I didn't answer the question.
walls were thin; accomodations were old and wearing out and in poor condition; noise in other rooms including those above could be heard clearly and disrupted our sleep.
Room was clean & comfortable, location was easily accessed from interstate 40/66 Pets are welcome
It was nice and quiet now other than the coolers Heater
The AC heater was pretty noisy it was loud
I walked into the lobby and was instantly hit with the smell of cat pee. When I got to my room there were stains of food on the floor that needed to be cleaned up. The shower had grime on it. The no slip mat looked like it hadn't been picked up and ever cleaned around. There was a black line around it. On the shower drain was soap scum and stubbly hair from the last person who used the shower. Needless to say I had 4 hours left of my drive home. I waited to take a shower for the day when I got home. The room key holder had been used three times before. They just erased the number on it and wrote over the old erased lead. Cost cutting at its finest. Then when I checked out in the morning the cat pee smell was gone. I mentioned it to the clerk and asked if it was the smell was from the man who checked me in. She said,"Yes. I don't think he is aware that he smells." Seriously! The breakfast was bite sized muffins, 4 wrinkled apples, and powdered creamer for your coffee. I made an extra trip to the Safeway a mile away to get fresh bananas, a pastry, and coffee from Starbucks. If the fruit was fresh and had a variety, the muffins were normal sized, and they had decent creamer I would have not had to back track to the store and taken more time away from my family. I only stayed here for the cost. I've stayed at cheap hotels before. I have never written a bad review. It was that bad.
Plumbing problems with blocked wc forcing move to another room. Also bath and wash basin were slow to drain away.
